Real Estate Closing Firm established in 1979 as successor to the branch office of a larger firm with which Mr. DesChamps was associated. The practice has steadily expanded into other areas of the law during the 1980's and 1990's, today focusing on complex civil litigation and complex commercial real estate and lender liability issues, construction litigation. Mr. DesChamps serves as an expert witness in real estate legal malpractice matters. Mr. DesChamps is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification as a certified arbitrator and mediator, specializing in construction, corporate, real estate and banking matters. |
